What NoticePeriod is

NoticePeriod is a platform for anonymous, first-person accounts of how Indian employers handle notice periods, buyouts, relieving letters and full and final settlements. By using the site (reading, filing, or voting on a report) you agree to these terms.

Reports are unverified opinions

Every report is submitted anonymously by an individual describing their own experience. We moderate reports before they go live and reject anything that names a specific person, but because reports are anonymous, we cannot verify that any given account is accurate, complete, or that the person filing it ever worked at the company named. Moderation catches obvious abuse; it is not fact-checking. The optional "Verified" badge means a moderator reviewed a proof document the author chose to upload. It does not mean we independently confirmed the contents of the report itself.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or employment advice, and Exit Scores and statistics are aggregates of self-reported data, not audited figures. Use your own judgment, and treat any single report the way you'd treat a stranger's account of an experience: informative, not conclusive.

Your responsibilities

Report the process, not a person. Don't name managers, HR staff, or colleagues, submit content you don't have the right to share, or file reports about a company you did not actually work at. We can reject, edit for anonymity, or remove any report or company listing at our discretion, and suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Limitation of liability

NoticePeriod is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on content on this site, or for inaccuracies in user-submitted reports. If you believe a report about your company is false or defamatory, contact us and we will review it.

Changes and contact
